The building features 48 apartment units in a unique location directly above the new Worcester Public Market in the Worcester’s Canal District. Our high ceilings with exposed metal decking give the spaces a big city vibe, and the apartments surround a shared indoor/outdoor community space. The building includes a bicycle storage room, a mail and package center, a laundry and fitness room, and smart features such as keyless entry, intercom systems, key card parking and our incomparable GigXero unlimited gigabit service — a fast, secure, privacy-centric and reliable internet platform.

Our city is already pretty great as far as lifestyle goes, but we wanted to embrace the walkability and community of our neighborhood and to build a residence that resonated with the influx of young professionals coming to Worcester for their education and careers. The team behind KSL knows what living in Kelley Square is like, because they hang out there too.
